01 / One connected workflow
Useful information comes together in connected workflows, with functions suited to each person’s role.
Bring customer records, contacts and sales follow-up together. Find addresses, useful information and relationship stages in a structured record.
Prepare services, prices and quotes, then follow invoicing documents. Draft, publication and confirmation remain distinct steps.
Organize appointments, jobs and visits. The cleaning workflow adds recurring contracts, visits, assignments and task checklists for each service.

03 / From office to field
The Web provides management functions, while the mobile app supports useful field workflows. Current development includes native cleaning workflows for managers, employees and customers.
Capabilities vary by role, version and configured server. Some advanced tools remain on the Web. iOS distribution trials do not mean the apps are publicly available in stores.
04 / In practice
Not at the moment. This page introduces the ERP/CRM project in development. No subscription, public account or download is offered here. Email me to discuss your needs or availability.
No. The core covers a range of business management functions. Cleaning has specific workflows under development and validation. This does not mean every industry already has a complete dedicated module.
It provides workflows for visits, field work and management or customer roles. Available features depend on the version and API; mobile does not necessarily include every Web function.
The project has workflows for tools such as QuickBooks, Sage and Shopify. Each connection requires its own account, configuration and validation; code support does not guarantee full or already-active synchronization.
Financial modules are part of the project, but their scope, settings and production controls must be validated for each context. This page does not guarantee tax compliance or out-of-the-box readiness.
Your processes, team and needs are the starting point for the conversation.
