A path from international sales to running franchises, then financial advising and software design. Same standard: clarity, follow-through and execution.
I have a constant desire to learn in line with the company's goals. The through-line of this path: customer service and the ability to move a concrete operation forward — sales, opening, team, numbers.
After international B2B sales at Kolo (Optique Louis Richard), I opened and ran franchises: A&W in Rimouski, then two Mr. Puffs restaurants (Victoriaville and Rimouski). Hiring, training, inspections, ordering, financial tracking — the day-to-day of an owner, not an org chart.
In 2023 I moved into financial advising at Desjardins: analysis, investment recommendations, risk management and financial education, with IFSE training (Canadian investment funds).
Since 2024 I have been designing Windows applications and a personal infrastructure: Digidisc, Voice Dictation, Media Atelier, the le-sieur.ca site and the digidisc.ca domain.
The same standard, whether in financial advising, operations, software or business development.

Financial analysis, investment recommendations, risk management and financial education — experience at Desjardins and investment-funds training (IFSE).
Opening and running franchises (A&W, Mr. Puffs): hiring, training, MAPAQ inspections, financial tracking and day-to-day operational improvement.
International B2B sales at Kolo, online commerce (200+ five-star transactions) and real-estate investment — negotiation, logistics and operational rigour.
The public mandates — more detail is on the portfolio page.

Full opening and operations: hiring, training, scheduling, twice-weekly ordering and financial tracking. Excellent scores on every MAPAQ and Steritech inspection.
Launch of two restaurants: team selection and hiring, manager training, operational prep, ordering, and sourcing POS and HR systems.
Logistics, distribution and wholesale to retailers such as Newlook, Costco, Afflelou and Atol. Sales materials, buyer presentations and international expansion.
Shredded-cheese production and packaging operator. Machine setup, Markem labeller adjustments, forklift operation and day/evening/night rotation.
Bought a triplex at age 20. Online sales on eBay and Facebook Marketplace — 200+ five-star transactions.
The name Lesieur — sometimes written Le Sieur — goes back to Charles Lesieur, who arrived in New France around 1670. The Victoriaville branch writes the name as two words.
The family page gathers the origin of the name, the timeline, the fur trade and the documented branches.
The budget demo (fictional data) and personal cloud are on the products page.
